Our vision is to support a vibrant, creative, sustainable, regenerative and interconnected food culture for all. We will achieve this by acting as a connector between our stakeholders; food producers, food professionals, food services, educators, state bodies and consumers. Creating an energetic space for education, discussion, enterprise and advocacy. The Centre of Food Culture, Boyne Valley will act as a catalyst for a step change about how we value Irish food culture and build greater cohesiveness and a stronger shared identity within our food culture.
